Refund Policy

Though we strive to avoid any uncomfortable experience we refund upon certain occurrences as below.

If the milk is boiled upon receipt, we can’t refund since the milk is properly tested before it is dispatched. We maintain the milk bottle temperature at 4° Celsius till it is delivered at your doorsteps. After which it is your responsibility to refrigerate immediately.

If you subscribe for prepaid pack and intend to discontinue before the end of the duration we would not able to refund.

If you subscribe for a prepaid pack and for some reason like travelling or so the balance days left would compensated in the next month cycle. If the subscription is not continued in the subsequent month, then there will be no reason.

If you intend to pause delivery for a day it has to be done through the Website/App/Customer Care. Pause requests given to the delivery executive will not be entertained. And no refund will entertained if such requests are made and it is delivered.

Any instances as the act of God viz…Storms, floods or calamities or such acts as accidents, road rokos, bandh the delivery will compensated in the next month billing cycle.

If the delivery is not paused and none is available at home or none is able take delivery there will be no refund.

If you have received a different quantity than ordered or the delivered milk bottle is tampered or damaged we would request you to report the same through the Website/App/Customer Care and refund will compensated in the next billing cycle.

Please avoid using any digital platform like facebook, twitter , instagram for rescheduling of milk order. And no such claims will be entertained for refund. Any rescheduling or pausing delivery should be done a day prior between 9 am to 5 pm on the website/App/Customer care so that our backend is well informed about the status.
